3 easy steps to getting your Apple device repaired
| Step 1 | Complete the form on the right, we’ll email you a job number to send with your device so we can find it easily. |

| Step 3 | Once your item has been diagnosed by our technicians we will contact you with a report and/or quote. Don’t worry, we don’t carry out any repairs without your prior authorisation. |
Once repairs are completed we will send you an invoice for payment. Once payment has been completed we courier your device back to you with CourierPost. Return shipping is free!
Terms and Conditions
The Core Electronics Ltd (The Core) accepts no responsibility for any damage to client hardware, loss of client software, loss of client data or loss of client data and misuse by a third party.
The Core reserves the right to use refurbished replacement parts when deemed suitable. All repairs carry a 3 month parts warranty. Full payment must be received before items will be returned to customers. If payment is not made in full within 30 days of first notice of completed job the item will be considered abandoned and full ownership will transfer to The Core.

Warranty Service, Repairs and Replacements
To the extent that this clause does not conflict with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we do not undertake that repair facilities and parts will be available for the goods. We will not be liable to repair or replace any defective goods and at our own discretion we may notify the manufacturer of the goods of any defect notified by you. We may request the manufacturer to repair or replace any defective goods. All new products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Proof of purchase is required by the customer when making a warranty claim. Your warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If you are purchasing for the purposes of a business, you agree that the terms of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply. All warranties and conditions implied under any other statutes (including the Sale of Goods Act (1908)) are expressly excluded from your warranty.
